Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a very effective short term therapy and depending on the individual, results can usually be seen within 3-6 sessions, sometimes more, sometimes less. Sessions are usually repeated every 2 weeks to allow time for you to start processing the change and consolidating the differences into your everyday life. I provide a free 20-minute phone consultation in order to work out whether I am the best person to help you with your issue, and to answer any further questions you may have.
